Jumping ahead to last week - walking Buddy at the river and when we came up to main street was this humongous Cow butt! the whole cow is actually there - it is to advertise the ice cream shop reopening - quite a picture... that's all for today - going to dinner and a movie with some neighbors so tomorrow I will upload the moving in pics - thanks for looking at my pics - kk

I think this place sells dinosaurs

this place was too bitchen - we were on our way to the petrified forest (just a little loop side trip) we hit this little town that was certainly the inspiration for the town in CARS - and here it was - the teepee hotel! I was so disappointed we couldn't stay the night (but we had only been on the road for about an hour) so we took pictures instead.

Gas prices went down as we moved east - paid 3.29 in SD - this is somewhere east of there... (it says $2.75.9)
